The following are the booking rules configued by the club on Acebooks and DALI/Eclipse Floodlights.

• online bookings are only available to members of the club.
• only members over 18 can make a booking.  When a booking is made that includes a junior member, the booker will be informed that they are responsible for that minor.
• courts available from 7am to 10pm.  
• bookings are a maximum of 2 hours.  The club reserves the right to reduce this to 1 hour at peak times.
• players cannot partake
• Lights will not be available after 10pm, in line with Fingal public lighting policy.  (During league, committee members can override this if matches run late)
• Future bookings upto 14 days.
• The booker must be one of the players, cannot book on behalf of someone else.
• Lights chaged to booker at 3 euro per hour, or pro rata.  Bookings cancelled more than 1 hour in advance of booking time will receive full refund.

booking types:

• Leisure - 2 to 4 members.
• Leisure with guest - 2 to 4 players, booker as member plus upto 3 guests (select guest or non member), each guest costs 3 euro, upto 2 hour booking, maximum 1 hour during peak (6pm onwards).  Please enter guests names.
• Practice - 1 member, maximum 1 hour slot.
• Public Access (currently suspended)

Notes on floodlights.

Floodlights are tied to bookings on acebooks.  Refresh from acebooks to light controller can take upto 15 minutes, so booking in advance is advised.

Floodlights will dim 5 minutes before the end of the booking if the court is not booked for the next hour, and they will go on 5 minutes before the booking if no previous booking.

Floodlights do not operate in the morning.
